Medium Caliber Ammunition, which is designed for operations against unarmored and lightly armored targets in land, air and sea environments, is fired by machine guns, field guns, automatic cannons, howitzers, tank main guns and smoothbore muzzle-loading indirect firearms operating in the caliber range of 20 mm to 81 mm within the automatic weapon group.
We manufacture the mechanical parts and sub-components of ammunition with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 81 mm used in the Heavy and Medium Weapons group in accordance with NATO specifications and standards, with our high quality and experienced personnel.
We are able to design and produce complete, sub-mechanical parts and components of 20 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 60 mm and 81 mm ammunition series in the Medium Caliber Ammunition product range, which are used for combat and training purposes in army, navy and air force applications.

20 mm, 35 mm and 40 mm ammunition are used for "Destruction, Training and Lesson Firing", 60 mm Mortar Ammunition for "Destruction, Training and Lesson Firing" and 81 mm Mortar Ammunition for "Destruction, Training, Lesson Firing and Lighting".
HEI (High Explosive Incendiary Ammunition), HEI-T (High Explosive Incendiary Trace Ammunition), HE-T (High Explosive Trace Ammunition), TP (Target Practice Ammunition), TP-T (Target Practice Trace Ammunition), AP (Armor Penetrating Ammunition), API (Armor Penetrating Incendiary Ammunition), We can produce complete and sub-mechanical parts of 25 mm, 35 mm and 40 mm ammunition with APDS (Armor Penetrating Sabot Ammunition), APDS-T (Armor Penetrating Sabot - Tracked Ammunition), APFSDS (Winglet Balanced Armor Penetrating Sabot Ammunition), FAPDS (Fragmentation Sabot Ammunition) features.
With the developing technology, we are developing the mechanical parts of PPHE (Programmable Pre-Fragmented High Explosive Airburst Ammunition) ammunition, which many countries are working on, with our R&D engineers.
The ammunition, which is produced with high quality materials, modern production methods and advanced quality control processes, helps the target to be hit with high accuracy and perform effectively in the environment where it is used.
From 20 mm to 60 mm ammunition, unit costs increase rapidly with the increase in ammunition caliber. However, we are able to reduce unit costs with our facility planning suitable for mass production, while offering cost-effective package solutions to our customers.
The conventional structure of Medium Caliber Ammunition consists of a barrel with a tapered length at the end, containing propellant powder and a capsule, and a fuze, or bullet, embedded in the barrel at the end of the barrel. This fuze detonates the ammunition at the point of impact. Fuze type is an important parameter in HE high explosive ammunition. Depending on this parameter, fuze and fuze mechanical parts of 20 mm Anti-Aircraft and 40 mm High-Speed Grenade Launcher Ammunition can also be produced in our facilities.
