General Features

We have highly skilled and experienced operators working in our Machining Center, and our planning unit determines the training needs of these operators in order to improve their technical knowledge and skills, and we repeat these trainings in certain periods.

In our facility, we are able to process metal or non-metal raw materials and semi-finished products such as aluminum, steel, titanium, magnesium, tungsten, invar, kovar, graphite, ceramics, precision casting, engineering plastics, etc. in accordance with international standards and customer specifications.

In our CNC Turning Department, we are able to perform powerful and dynamic manufacturing in our state-of-the-art machining centers with 2, 4, 5 and 7 axes, with different precision and 600 mm by 10 inc chuck capacities.

In our Sliding Automaton Department, with our CNC machines with 5, 7 and 8 axis drives and different sensitivities, we are able to produce the parts that our customers in the Machinery Equipment Production sector need to meet the demands of our customers in the Machinery Equipment Production sector with a processing capacity of Ø32 to 800 mm.

In our Vertical Machining Department, with our 3, 4 and 7 axis CNC Milling machine sensitivities, we are able to meet the requirements of the Machinery Equipment Production sector in tight tolerances with our ability to produce high quality, fast, efficient, accurate and serial parts with our 400 mm - 600 mm vertical machining and 700 mm horizontal machining capacity options.

Thanks to our Production Support Unit, we have the ability to design and produce production materials such as Molds, Jigs, Apparatus, Fixtures and Special Cutting Tools in-house, without external support.
