In our Forging & Press Processing Center, we are able to serve our customers in the production of complex parts with our Eccentric and Hydraulic Presses with different capacity options ranging from 35 tons to 1400 tons, with Precision Forging method up to 40 mm - 1700 mm.
Our forging or pressing process makes it easy to produce complex parts, minimizing the need for material handling.
Our Forging and Press Machining Center is equipped with a wide range of state-of-the-art presses, including eccentric and hydraulic presses.
Our presses have a capacity of up to 1400 tons and are capable of producing complex parts for various Machinery Equipment Production applications by Precision Forging from 40 mm to 1700 mm.
We are able to forge the demanding and precision tolerant requirements of the Machinery Equipment Production industry at high accuracy rates, using the Precision Forging method, consistently and serially.
Our Forging and Press Machining Center consists of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are committed to quality, and our forging & press operations can be monitored with our fully automated production tracking program, leaving no room for error.
Thanks to our Production Support Unit, we have the ability to design and produce the production materials such as Molds, Apparatus and Fixtures required for the forging process in-house.
